PRIVATE YOGA CLASS – Honoring Your Uniqueness
Are you looking to start yoga or deepen your existing practice ? Want to progress at your own pace, enjoy yourself, and benefit from personalized guidance and adjustments ? Treat yourself to a private session !
Before each class, Flora will discuss your goals and any health considerations that could affect your practice. She then creates a fully customized sequence, tailored to your body and current condition.
Ladies, if you’re pregnant, you can absolutely continue practicing throughout your pregnancy. Flora adapts each session to your trimester.
Temporary or chronic physical discomforts can also be taken into account. You’ll learn which movements to avoid or emphasize in your personal practice.
Depending on your location, Flora can come to your home or meet you in a private studio. She’ll guide you using props (blocks, strap, cushion), which she can provide if needed. Sessions are scheduled to suit your availability and how frequently you’d like to practice.
The hourly rate varies depending on the meeting location and the number of sessions booked.
