Private lessons are one of the best ways to discover Yoga and to understand how to move through your breathing and through postures called asanas. Early morning practice is ideal to prepare for your day.
Evenings are also great to get rid of stress and to sleep peacefully. Choose your best time to practice in the conditions your prefer and I will do my best to adapt to your timetable.
Let’s play with seasons as well! We can enjoy the shores of the lake, make use of a terrasse or any other outside area if temperatures are fine and if the weather looks great for it.
Ladies who are pregnant can definitely practice during pregnancy. I will adapt the class depending on your 1st, 2nd or 3rd semester.
Any chronic pains or temporary discomfort will be taken into account in the development of the sequencing. We can together learn poses to either avoid or focus on. Of course you are also welcome to seek modern medical advice.
